Simply go to the link listed below to become or renew membership with MAEA. It will register you through NAEA, then MAEA will receive the information once processed.

Use this form for 2010 MAEA/NAEA membership, You may fill this in on your computer, but then you must print out and then mail this form and a check to the address on the form.

By right-clicking on the links to forms you want, you can select "Save Target As" and have it saved to your computer where desired. Right click verses double clicking to open the link as a second option.

UPDATE: Most forms have been updated to allow for filling in/typing content within Acrobat. If you only have Acrobat Reader, then you will have to print form out to save input text. If you have Acrobat Professional or Standard, then you can save form with content filled out as a filled out PDF file.
