Michelle Trickey and Jo Noseda assumed the Region 5 Liaison roles in 2026, with a shared commitment to strengthening connections and community among local art educators.
Our mission is to bring teachers together so we can collaborate, learn from one another, and lean on each other for professional support and inspiration. We are dedicated to fostering communication across Region 5, promoting student exhibitions, and serving as a bridge between our local members and the statewide initiatives of MAEA.
We are currently working to build partnerships with local art institutes, galleries, universities, and ISDs to host our annual Regional Student Art Show each February and to expand professional development opportunities for visual arts educators.
